Each week as we introduce a new Juicy Fact, I’ll be sharing a few recipes with you so you can grab these benefits and go! I’ll be cooking these healthy treats myself and handing you some hints alongside so you can get the best out of each of them! So without further a do, let’s eat some apples!

Apple Pie Granola Bar Bites by Amy’s Healthy Baking
You can probably tell by the photo – these are delicious! Super easy to make, but even better if you make the apple sauce yourself (just boil til soft, and blend away!). My only hint when you are making these is to check the softness, as I needed some extra time to crisp up the bars so they didn’t easily break.
These are so good, you could really eat them any time of day. YUM!
Beet, Carrot and Apple Salad by Stupid Easy Paleo
As it goes, it’s stupid easy, and would go amazingly with some pork chops I have to say. Even though there’s lemon juice, the olive oil and honey balance it out and it’s so juicy! My only tip would be that if you don’t want some bright pink hands, chuck on some gloves when grating or use a food processor.

This was a good one…….. but, chunky. And, I don’t know about you but I’m a no-chunks-kinda-smoothie-girl. I’ll be making mine with apple sauce next time — I really do like apple sauce *sigh*
