Green Protein Shake by Greatist
I don’t like green smoothies full stop. I actually hate them, really. They are usually bland, chunky and leafy (thanks Kale). BUT THIS. OMG. Hallelujah! A green smoothie that tastes good. I don’t know if it is cause of the cucumber, or the vanilla protein powder you chuck in with it, but this one is a goodie! It’s on my weekly shop now (cause you know, green smoothies are good for you — and it’s the only I actually like — no shit).

Putting the bad food shot aside, this has to be the best chicken I’ve tried IN MY LIFE. (I’m really excited about food today – must be hungry). If you follow me on Insta, you saw me rave about it – it smelled good, and it tasted even better? Yes well, the seconds were fantastic too.
Homemade Flavoured Water by The Whoot
I loooove flavoured water, but not when it’s those Lemon Water’s you get from the servo and they have 50g of sugar in them. YEP – 50g! IN WATER. So I loved this infograph of a bunch of flavoured water’s to try out at home. I grabbed my mason jars and chopped up some fruit. These ones are (left) mango, pineapple, cucumber, ginger and lemon, and (right), cucumber, watermelon, and lemon. Sooo good and I love to leave them for a day in the fridge so the fruit infuses well!

Cucumbers are amazing. That’s all I’m going to say. I love prepping my detox water’s in the fridge so they are easy to grab and go paired with a pretty umbrella (why not be on holiday every day!)
