Crunchy Thai Salad with Creamy Peanut Dressing by Jessica Gavin
ALLERGY ALERT: PEANUTS
This salad is so different, but good! There’s a great mix of tang and sweet, with enough crunch to satisfy your cravings. Ahh mango…
Mangoes down and out!
This will probably be my favourite Juicy Fact of all time. I’ve always loved mangoes. My mum has a good pic (hidden somewhere) of me sitting in my underwear eating mango outside, with the juice dripping down my arms onto my legs.. Seriously. I love mangoes.
Slippery little suckers though!
Next week, is a juicy food that’s probably in everyone’s pantry or fridge! It’s really really juicy in fact (pun intended?)! And in most juices too. Can you guess?
If you enjoyed this week’s Juicy Fact, throw me a comment, I’d love to hear it – especially if you’ve tried out these recipes! Do go and throw the makers a comment too – blogs need love too.
