Now, I apologise for the photos – noo, I didn’t end up cooking the recipes this week because I have been feeling quite ill of late, but I have tried each one of these recipes and love them!

This Skinny Orange Chicken is so easy to make – one of those recipes that you can whip in a jiffy, and who doesn’t have oranges in their fridge? I loved it with the quinoa, but you can always try the salad recipe that is at the bottom of the post! Genius!

I did manage to make this one, because it is definitely quick, and I felt like a refreshment (don’t we all!). The orange can be a little bit strong, so if you don’t quite like the flavour of orange juice itself, don’t add as many oranges in and dilute! But it is a beautiful pick me up, and would definitely kick away some colds in the Winter months! You can also try it warm (which I did) and it’s just as good, if not better!

I loooovvve Orange and Poppyseed muffins, and this recipe takes the cake – literally. It is so moist and so refreshing, with a nice amount of orange flavour, not overpowering. Now, as with most Paleo cake recipes, it isn’t so springy like a standard cake, but you won’t regret trying this one!

Juicy fact done and dusted!

Man oh man, oranges all round.

Put those oranges on your shopping list!!

Next week, is a juicy food I’ve never tried before, so it’s going to be a bit interesting! It’s red and has seeds. And that’s all I’m telling you! #notreallyredthough

If you enjoyed this week’s Juicy Fact, throw me a comment, I’d love to hear it – especially if you’ve tried out these recipes! Do go and throw the makers a comment too – blogs need love too.

Much love,
Emily xxx
