Emily, at Golden Health Coaching, is here to help you with all your health, lifestyle, and weight loss goals!

What is a Health and Wellness Coach?
A Health Coach is a certified Weight Management Practitioner. These awesome individuals help others to reach their weight loss goals to gain better health and longevity through offering personal support and teaching important nutrition and fitness skills as they move through their health journey. I call myself a Health and Wellness Coach because I also focus on natural living, self-care and mindfulness – I’m a self-confessed health research fanatic! I am also studying Life Coaching, which allows me to help others reach their life goals and overcome barriers to reach lifestyle simplicity.

Golden Health Coaching doesn’t run one-size-fits-all weight loss programs, or fad diets. I look at your current health, lifestyle and responsibilities, and the specific goals you want to achieve, and from these details, I will create a program to help get you right where you want to be.

These programs are hosted either in person or online, with one-on-one support to guide you through the skills and knowledge you need, to overcome barriers, incorporate healthy strategies that work with your health and lifestyle, not against it, and reach the goals you’ve been longing for. YOU are the main focus, and the program you receive is only for you.

Personal one-on-one support — that’s what sets us apart from any other weight management program you may have tried! Each body is different, we don’t all fit one single mold, and so, weight management should be treated as such as well. Our childhood and ethnicity, biology and hormones, career, family and lifestyle, all play a part in how our body works, and this is why GHC includes all these important factors into your program.

One-On-One Weight Management Programs – Personalised programs (as mentioned above) tailored to your own health and lifestyle, and goals you wish to achieve. These are hosted in person, or online, with all paperwork completely online for convenient 24/7 access so you can focus on your goals, where-ever you may be, whenever you need to!

Online Monthly Wellness Programs – Monthly wellness programs hosted online with other health-minded individuals as we focus on a new healthy lifestyle topic each month! Being part of a passionate and positive group boost motivation and confidence with any healthy lifestyle changes you may be focusing on!
Some of the topics we will cover include basic nutrition, portion control, fitness and exercise, goal setting, mindfulness and self-care, natural living and more…

Meal Plans – Emily can create nutrition specific meal plans based around your own health goals. These are completely accessible online. With the click of a button, you will receive your meal plan, grocery list and recipes for healthy convenience!

E-books and Printables – Emily loves to create e-books and printables to help others on their wellness journeys, and these will be available soon on Etsy and amongst her other service platforms. Some of the topics and printables available will be focused on meal planning, goal setting, portion control, self-care and mindfulness, journaling, and many more…
